      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We are updating the system for processing the Residential Energy Credit. &amp;nbsp;The Form is available today! &amp;nbsp;Please give it a couple of days before trying to file for the credit. &amp;nbsp;Your Energy Credit should populate accurately after today.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
