Which TurboTax program are you using?

The TurboTax online web-based editions? Or the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions installed on a personal computer?

Kris at turbotaxsupport helped me out. Apparently my downloaded program was corrupted and I had to delete the program that I downloaded in November 2023 and download another on the web site. All is well.
