Unable to continue filing my taxes since it wont let me pick the county Im in for my school district, How do I fix this? I cant click any of the county buttons to select.

I can not select any of the blue arrows on the counties to be able to select mine. I have tried on my phone and my laptop and neither will work.

It appears that you're working in TurboTax Online. If that's the case, try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then see if you can continue where you left off. See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.

If this doesn't work, please provide the following information:

What state return are you working on?
What city and county did you live in during the tax year, and what city and county did you work in?
Did you live and work in those places for the whole year?
What school district do you need to enter?

Hello, I tried to clear my cookies and it didnt seem to help my case. The state return i'm working on is New York, the city is Alden and county Erie. I did live and work in that county for the full year. The school district I needed to add is Alden NYs school district. Thanks again.

I was unable to duplicate on my product; the residency area seemed to work great for NY. Stay on your laptop and use a browser to sign in to your TurboTax account/return. Navigate to the "Prepare State" page. Delete the NY return and then add the state back in. Now go back through the NY interview. That should clear and allow the all the correct options in the NY interview.
