Are you referring to verifying 2022 AGI when efiling? If you did not file a 2022 return at all, when efiling you would enter a 2022 AGI of 0. If TurboTax asks you if you filed a return last year, and you say no, it may enter the 2022 AGI of 0 for you.

I should have specified that the IRS rejected answer of 0 for AGI. The only thing I know to do is file a paper copy.
