      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Champ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting the link at Turbotax Support re Error 102345. However, none of the suggested solutions work for me. My Turbotax Premier is up to date; I am not trying to read a PDF file; I am trying to read a Turbotax 2023 file for previously done work the day before; and although a backup file exists in the folder, I get the same error when I try to open that file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you or anyone have any other suggestions for opening the Turbotax 2023 file? How can I avoid this problem even if I start again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm getting the same error on Win 10 Deluxe+State version&lt;SPAN&gt;023.000.0435&lt;/SPAN&gt;. There is a larger issue going on not being to load my 2022 turbo files/returns into 2023,&amp;nbsp; blank and then doing the 2023 return manually and trying to update later receive the&amp;nbsp;ERROR: 102345. We are into March Intuit, so where are the patches/fixes?&amp;nbsp; 2023 desktop product seems very unstable/clunky, black/blank screens for lookup boxes, serious lags in moving to next screens&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you but no help. I'm not getting any error message. The transfer says complete, but the 2023 return is blank. Uninstalling and reinstalling turbo 2022 is too much work when I spent $60 on the 2023 software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:inherit;color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;Type "environment" in the windows search bar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:inherit;color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;This will bring up "Edit the System Environment Variables" as a match.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:inherit;color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;Clicking on it takes you to the "Advanced" tab of a dialog box titled "System Properties."&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:inherit;color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;This brings up another dialog box in which you can change the "Variable value" to "C:\Temp" (be sure to change the variable value, not the variable name).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:inherit;color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;This folder must, of course, exist for this step to work properly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:inherit;color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;OK out of all the dialog boxes and retry the install.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(46,46,46);font-size:9.5pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
