You should enter a blank space.

Do not include a (0) zero on the 1095-A.

Unfortunately, I cannot enter a blank space, or leave it blank because it requires a numeric value greater than zero.

In that case, use $1. It will serve as a place holder, and it will not have any effect on your tax return.
