How do I file a complaint against Turbo Tax?

I received an email from Turbo Tax that said my refund was on its way and my refund was processed, how when I click the link to check the status of my refund, it directs me to the IRS website and the information provided there does not state that my refund has been approved.
I reached out to Turbo Tax on this same platform and was told that was just a marketing email that was sent based off the estimated window of 21 days for a refund to be issued.
I find this VERY misleading and false advertising. Even in the fine print of the email, no where does it state that this is based off the 21 day window of when I could receive my refund.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

You can hire an attorney and sue TurboTax if you are upset enough to spend the time and money to do that.

I got one for you! How did my tax information get out for someone to file my taxes this year?!

My wife prepared for the tax by putting my information January and we were holding on to get the rest of our w-2s to put in the rest of the information in April. Only my information was sitting in the site for a little over a month. When all our paperwork was retrieve from the mail, we put the rest in to file. It was kick back by the IRS. Finding out later by the IRS, they told us someone else had filed with my information. The only place that information was sitting was on TurboTax. How did it out in your So-Called secure site? It is being investigated by the feds. So get ready!

First dont listen to half of these experts because they dont be looking deep like they should and they dont record or document your complaints because as ive called Noone has ever mentioned the previous calls or frustrations.im looking for lawyers because we turbo with our personal info and not just our money and they placed it in a third party's hands whom they have been having issues with since last year and have not warned or told us as clients so we could make sure our money was secured
