    <description>&lt;P&gt;Another four days have passed, and no contact from Turbo Tax tech support.&amp;nbsp; Very disappointing.&amp;nbsp; You are about to lose a young customer forever.&amp;nbsp; Please email me.&amp;nbsp; Someone needs to figure this out.&amp;nbsp; I will provide you with my son's contact info, so you can deal directly with him and solve this problem.&amp;nbsp; With 63 eyes on this thread and reviewing Reddit posts, this is not an isolated problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My son purchased Turbo Tax Premiere download version in December from Amazon.&amp;nbsp; In past, he has used TurboTax without creating Intuit account.&amp;nbsp; He has downloaded 2023 software on his desktop.&amp;nbsp; However, he has tried creating an Intuit account multiple times, using multiple browsers, yet he has had no luck.&amp;nbsp; Always gets an error message.&amp;nbsp; He has researched on Reddit, and it appears he is not alone with regard to the issue he is experiencing.&amp;nbsp; He is about to give up and go to competitor software.&amp;nbsp; Can he get technical support?&amp;nbsp; Can he get a refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The error message was:&amp;nbsp; The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure your browser has Javacript and cookies enabled.&amp;nbsp; If the problem persists you can clear cache and cookies and then restart your computer, or try using a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of the above worked for him.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more help, please contact customer support (which is what I am doing now), and reference code 25625&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be out Friday through Monday, so if you need to connect with my son directly, email me and I will provide his contact info to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hope he tired a different browser to create his account after the first one failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.....or....if he tried to create one thru the TTX Premier software, perhaps he should try to create one separately on a browser instead, and then use that one for the TTX Premier setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes a browser's settings will cause problems.....also, if using a Windows computer, he needs to make sure his Windows OS is fully updated....waiting-or-partially installed Windows updates are known to cause problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
