Have you tried going to Federal>Wages & Income and just keying in the W-2 by hand?

Just search for W-2 and click the link that says "Jump to w-2." Then start to proceed through the screens.

Do you really want to upload your W-2 as a PDF or a photo, or do you want to import it from your employer or your employer's payroll service?

When it asks for the Employer ID Number (EIN), if you want to upload a PDF or picture of your W-2 don't enter the EIN. Leave the box empty and click Continue. On the next screen click the box for "Upload it from my computer." If you want to import your W-2, enter the EIN when asked and click Continue.

If you have any trouble, it only takes a couple of minutes to enter a W-2 yourself, as xmasbaby0 suggested. That's often faster and easier than trying to get the upload or import to work.
