I made several attempts to get help and the people working for Turbo Tax were not knowledgeable about software issues and unable to help me. This seems to be a gimmick which Intuit is using to give the appearance that they provide help. I have also sent messages to the company with no reply.&nbsp; I noticed that many of you are more tech savvy than I.
