Are you in the last steps and referring to getting the email verification code to verify your efiling? If so, you can change the email address for receiving it. The steps are below. Or did you mean you cannot log into your Online TurboTax account at all?

Find the account recovery form, take a picture of your driver's license with your phone and submit the form. It might take 24 to 48 hours especially on a weekend.
