Where can I update my address when filing through turbotax?

My old address is being used when I go to file my tax forms, instead of the new address for the tax year. How do i update this info?

You can change the tax return mailing address in the My Info section of the program.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen. Edit the mailing address.

Yes, you can change your address.

It's easy if you didn't file your tax return.

In the event your tax return is rejected, you may edit the mailing address as stated above.

If you've already filed your tax return.

You can change your address with the IRS. Please see Change your address – How to notify the IRS
You can call toll-free at 1-800-829-1040 or contact a Taxpayer Assistance Center Local IRS Office.
The IRS hours are: Monday through Friday 7:00a.m through 7:00p.m and let them know what happened.
