Sorry, no. TurboTax accounts cannot be combined or merged.

You should create a new account with a new User ID since you are now married and filing jointly.

No. There is not a way to merge or link your accounts. You can choose to use one account or the other or create an entirely new account, then you will just need to get the AGI from the other persons account to file the return.
