I went to what they call a live chat, but when I type in my question, it just defaults to stock answers, which usually are not helpful, as was the case for me. If I can't get some help, I may cancel payment through my bank, not sure yet. One thing is for sure, Turbo Tax isn't what it used to be. I have been a customer for years, off and on, but I will NOT be a customer in the future. Your program is ambiguous at best and pathetic at worst.
