Massachusetts efile issue

my return keeps getting a "on hold" rejection. turbotax has up dated a few times still same message.

I called and was told to wait until after the 15th. the message said on or after the 15th, updated on the 15th, sent and rejected again.

I still do not know what the issue is, which form? i know Massachusetts has accepted other e returns.

Turbo tax a little information is required!

It is the 16th and no more updates available, still same issue.

I have been using turbo tax since it came out.. time to check out other software I guess.

total lack of transparency !

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
