    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure this is the right place, but couldn't find any other place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My husband passed away in 2022 w/o a Will, but everything was in both names and was not a problem with transferring assets.&amp;nbsp; Except we found that there was small amount of stocks, less than $100 in value that was only in his name.&amp;nbsp; These stocks were transferred out of his name in Jan 2024.&amp;nbsp; Did not notice that the dividends were direct deposited for a total of $1.67 each quarter.&amp;nbsp; Totally missed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what I need to do with this 1099-DIV form as there is no income for 2023 for my deceased husband.&amp;nbsp; I will be filing as single for 2023 tax year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
