I am not able to download from the CD because it requires macOS Monterey 12 or later.

The online versions are Deluxe and Premium. There is no online Premier.

After an hour on the phone with a very perseverant helper, we were able to download the version that would work with my iMac with MacOS Catalina. The key was to delete cookies that had been established when trying to download from the CD which requires MacOS Monterey. The packaging on the CD should have OS requirements in a large, bold font.
