How to Access One-On-One Support for TurboTax Premium?

The Price preview section mentions that One-on-One support is available for TurboTax Premium. This is the last bullet point in the below image.

If I choose the Live Tax Advice button there is a pop-up that tries to charge more for the service.

How do I access the one-on-one support that I'm paying for?

Thank you for the quick response. However, it did not address my original question.

I would like to access the one-on-one support mentioned in the TurboTax Premium product breakdown (image in original post). I do not wish to further upgrade to Live Assisted Premium.

Sign in to TurboTax Online.
Select the Help (question mark) icon from the menu to open the TurboTax Assistant.
Enter your question, or type in Talk to a specialist.
Follow the prompts to set up a call.
- Free Edition (without PLUS): This is not covered, so when you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

This does not work for accessing TurboTax Premium's One-On-One Support, it prompts you to upgrade to talk. How do you access the "One-On-One Support" or "Product support from a TurboTax specialist" that TurboTax Premium claims to provide.
