      <title>Cannot save or print my State return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the Windows download version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attempted to complete my taxes on January 29, 2024, the first day that the fed was accepting returns.&amp;nbsp; However, I was unable to complete and e-file until January 31, 2024 because certain forms were still unavailable.&amp;nbsp; Fine, 2 day delay, no big deal I guess.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to submit the 2 State returns that needed to be filed on that same day.&amp;nbsp; However, neither was available for me to save or print because as a TurboTax box informed me, certain forms were still unavailable.&amp;nbsp; The e-files for both of those State returns was successfully transmitted to the proper State tax authorities.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated TurboTax daily to see if the forms were finally completed so I can save my State returns.&amp;nbsp; One State was updated and I was able to successfully save the file, but the other State, NY, still isn't available for me to save or even to view.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to this link which tells you what forms are available for the platform type of TurboTax you are using (&lt;A href="https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&amp;amp;product=Turbotax_online&amp;amp;bu=cg" target="_blank"&gt;Intuit App&lt;/A&gt;) and it says that the forms I have used are available through TurboTax.&amp;nbsp; Yet I am still unable to view/print/save my NYS tax return.&amp;nbsp; This is an issue as I need the information on my NYS IT-203 to complete a separate tax filing for NYC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uninstalled and reinstalled TurboTax software.&amp;nbsp; I went to the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance site and it says that my return was received and accepted, so I know it was transmitted without issue, so it exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me what I can do? Thank you in advance for your time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
