Error code 25300 in Turbo Tax 2023 Home and Business

I logged into Turbo Tax Home & Business 2023 today to file my returns that I had already completed over the weekend and it keeps opening in forms view. Error Code 25300. I've tried closing and reopening my Turbo Tax app and still the same error. I followed the "solutions" option without any luck. I do not want to have to delete everything and start over, but want to file. I had already downloaded one free state form (Georgia) and paid for additional state form (Pennsylvania) as well as doing Federal form. What can I do to get the regular view back and run a final review of my returns and file them?
