used it for years without issues but now that they made me buy the premier version,

unable to e file and unable to receive a response from them

I know it is a software issue and i was forced to go elsewhere.

good stuff never lasts!!

Numerous tries. It says hiccup. Try later. Well I had to mail in. Another $25, spent
