How do I enter in My Info in Turbotax Desktop version that I moved out of CA to a foreign country

I moved out of CA to another country in May 2023. I am using TT Deluxe PC version. While editing my info in my tax return, I cannot specify when I left CA. It asks me the previous state (or foreign country) where I moved from and the date when I became a resident of the new state.

Any help is appreciated.

By placing a date when you became a resident of the foreign country, it is assumed you were a resident of California before that date.
