Please help. I purchased TurboTax 2023, order number ORDER # [phone number removed]-6996231. I need a license code please. It is very difficult to get specific service that the automated phone response cannot answer from Intuit.

You actually bought the CD and not the download? You probably need to ask amazon or the seller.

The page for help provides links to “Contact us (Intuit) Get expert assistance by calling us at 1-800-4-INTUIT…. The link just takes me to where to find the code, which is of no help. I need to have Intuit verify the purchase, and send me a code.

You purchased your software from Amazon. You have to ask amazon.

Thank you. I was all over that link before writing this issue. It claims there would be an insert. No insert that zip can see, unless it dropped out of the pocket. It came not in a box, but in a cardboard pocket with the CD. I am returning it and will get the download.

I located the insert. Install completed. Case is closed.
