If Line 9 does not have any income entered then your AGI is 0 (zero). Or Line 10 is greater than Line 9 then Line 11 would be 0.

No line 11 is the AGI. Do you have any income on the lines above? If line 11 is blank or 0 then your AGI is 0.

You do not calculate it. If you filed a 2022 tax return with taxable income then your AGI is on line 11 of your 2022 Form 1040SR.

If line 11 on your 2022 Form 1040 has no amount then try using "zero" in order to e-file.

But first----what income did you enter for 2023? If your only income was Social Security you are not required to file a tax return unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.
