Yes, sometimes your AGI may not match what is on your tax return

If you filed later in the year, your AGI may show as $0 in the IRS records.

If you amended your 2022 tax return, or if the IRS changed your return for you, use the AGI from your original return.

If you correctly entered your 2022 AGI from the 2022 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 11 and the IRS rejects the e-filed tax return for the AGI, then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2022 AGI and e-file again.

The IRS may not have your 2022 AGI in their database.
