J1VISA Tax Return

Hello,

I was here in 2012 and filled my taxes normally, and then I came back November 2023 as a J1VISA and I filled my taxes for year 2023 from two days ago through TurboTax Application (I don't know that I can't do it through TurboTax),still in application processing it is telling me that it takes 21 days to reflect to my bank account.

Is it okay for my case or no, the amount it is not too big it is only approximately $142 Federal tax and $102 State tax.

And incase I can do form or something and send it to IRS to resolve this issue please advise me.

As a J1 VISA holder, you can file your 1040 through TurboTax. We file your return and it is either rejected or accepted. Once it is accepted, we are done with it. The IRS will then move your return through their departments. If there is a problem, they will send you a letter, they will not call you.
