If your 21 year old daughter is not a student and earned more than $4,700 you cannot claim her as a dependent on your return.

If you cannot claim her as a dependent, then no, you would not enter her 1095-A on your return.

Did she say someone else could claim her but would not be or did she say someone could and would be claiming her?

If she earned less than $4,700, and you provided more than half of her support for the year, then you would be able to claim her as a dependent for the Other Dependent Credit. If you can claim her then you would need to include her 1095-A on your return. She should not have claimed it on her return as a dependent.

Hello,I have been filing my daughter as a dependent for a couple years now. She is 21 years old and this year she worked as a door dasher driver (independent contractor )being the only income she received and she is not a student. She told me she filed her door dash 1099-NEC,her mileage and lease rental, along with her 1095-A form. She said she listed that somebody else claims her on her tax form when she filed..Do I need to file the 1095-A form for her on my taxes as well ? As well as any other that she has filed. I need help in knowing how to move forward with this. Thanks,

As VanessA said, if your 21 year old daughter is not a student she does not qualify as a dependent, and you cannot claim her. You do not file her 1099-NEC on your tax return. Even if she did qualify as your dependent, you would not report her 1099-NEC on your tax return. As for the 1095-A, since she is not your dependent you do not file her 1095-A on your tax return.
