It asks me to create an online account to activate the software.</P><P>Do I have to use the same online account when I e-file my return?</P><P>Also for state e-file I usually get asked to pay more $ and for that can I use a separate account to bill onto the credit card?</P><P>Lastly, if I e-file my return either state or federal is it stored online in the account used the activate the software or the account used to file the return?</P><P>I want to keep my tax files fully offline, and I want to ensure that if I use desktop it will continue to be that way, irrespective of if I efile or not.
