When you complete your 1095-A you will find you have to pay much of your advanced premium tax credit back.

You have to report any change in income to healthcare.gov if you have a health policy with the Marketplace (Obamacare). See this document.

If you didn't report your new job, your actual income in 2023 will be higher than your estimated income, and you will be entitled to less advance premium credit and will have to pay back part of your advance premium credit at tax time. There's no other consequence or penalty.

When preparing your tax return, report all your income and enter form 1095-A in your return. TurboTax will calculate the amount of your advance tax premium repayment and include it in your refund or tax due.
