HELP! cant get past error and cannot file. Payment error Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

Hi, currently trying to file an amendment to my 2022 taxes and need to file a state return for another state. I'm unable to pay the state filing fee and keep getting the, "Payment error Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."

I have tried:
Different browser
Different device (phone, laptop and PC)

Different payment methods (3 cards)
Tried on Edge, Chrome, and Safari and the application
Cleared cookies/cache etc multiple times

I spoke to support on the phone and was told it would be escalated interally to their tech support team and to try again in a few days but I just wanted to see if anyone else has any potential solutions. Thanks

Yes, I just received the same error. California LLC $55 , cannot buy and the due date is 9/15/2025.
