    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, currently trying to file an amendment to my 2022 taxes and need to file a state return for another state. I'm unable to pay the state filing fee and keep getting the, "&lt;SPAN&gt;Payment error&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again."&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried:&lt;BR /&gt;Different browser&lt;BR /&gt;Different device (phone, laptop and PC)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Different payment methods (3 cards)&lt;BR /&gt;Tried on Edge, Chrome, and Safari and the application&lt;BR /&gt;Cleared cookies/cache etc multiple times&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I spoke to support on the phone and was told it would be escalated interally to their tech support team and to try again in a few days but I just wanted to see if anyone else has any potential solutions. Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
