Hi,

I have recently e-filed Form 1040 for 2023 through Turbotax. As I need to also file Form 8854, I haven't realized till now that, as Turbotax doesn't support it, this year I needed to print the 1040 form, attach Form 8854 and file all by mail. What to do at this point?
1) print a copy of 1040, include Form 8854 and send a mail copy, in addition to the E-copy or?

2) mail Form 8854 to the address specified by the IRS, specifying that I didn't attach it to the Form 1040 as this was e-filed with Turbotax?

Is there a way to undone the e-filing and mail the paper copy of Form 1040 with Form 8854, considering that I have time till the deadline of April 15th?
thanks

PGV1

Form 8854 is a stand alone form. Just mail in that form and not your return since you efiled your return.
