Your federal return is almost ready

I completed my entire return and am ready to file federal and state returns, and yet I am getting an error I have never seen before. I have pasted a snippet of it below. It has been impossible to identify and delete this form, or circumvent it any way. After spending an hour on the phone trying to bamboozle the sadistic automated machine in order to reach a human, I finally reached a human who was extremely unkind and unwilling to be of any help at all.

I am now preparing to delete my turbotax account completely just to be able to start over. Has anyone seen this before?

This issue has been resolved. Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax. Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

This did not work. I even logged in from a different PC and a different browsers, nothing.
