Yes, they still need to enter ‌Form 1095-A on their tax returns and indicate that the policy was shared with someone else. They can enter 0 if you allocate 100% of your premium, your SLCSP, and your advance payment on your tax return.

I have 1095–A. Form. It lists myself and 2 adult children for coverage. I cannot claim them as dependents for 2023 ( still live with me, but age 24) . If I allocate 100% to me, do they still have to list the information from my 1095-A form and enter 0% on each of their 1040 form ? Or do I just list information from form into mine and take 100%
