Full File Name Not visible on "Continue Your 2023 Tax Return" Page

I have several iterations of my 2023 Tax Return and I added text at the end of the file name to know which one is which. However, when the "Continue Your 2023 Tax Return" page comes up and askes me to select the one I want it doesn't show the whole file name so I don't know which one is which without opening each one. Is there a way to show the whole file name on the "Continue Your 2023 Tax Return" Page? Also, is there a way to change any light gray text on a white or light gray background to black on white. The light gran text is irritating and difficult to read. I know, some “Expert” said it’s better for the eyes” Well, if I must strain to read the text then it is not better for my eyes. Sorry, just my pet peeve. Thanks

On that screen, click on the blue link Find a Tax File then click on the file with the name you entered that you want to continue and click on Open
