Are you Single? You don't have to file if you only have W2 income under 13,850 (2023) but you can file to get back any withholding taken out in boxes 2 or 17.

I have 3 W-2's.
One for $15,147

Another $435

Another $5711

You have to file all W-2’s.

EVERY 2023 W-2 you received goes on your tax return. They were all reported by the employers to the IRS with your SSN on them. The IRS will match up the income you enter with the income reported by your employers. Make sure they are on the SAME tax return.
