Unclear about whether I'm exempt from FICA Tax or not (Intl student on F1 visa)

I came to the US on an F1 visa on 2016-05-19. I finished my studies and OPT and left the country on 2018-04-18. I worked back home for a few years and then came again for a Masters degree on 2021-08-05 and am currently on an F1-STEM OPT working for an employer. For the year of 2023, will I be eligible for a FICA refund? or Would I be considered a resident alien?

You ended your F1 visa exemption period in 2022. For year 2023, you will file as a RA and will be responsible for paying FICA taxes.
