Read your email closely. Does it say that you will get an early 20% discount by filing before March 1? Or does it literally promise you 20% off the posted fee on the TT site?

Yep----they need to honor that offer.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
