      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try closing TurboTax, clear your &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt;, and reopen TurboTax. &amp;nbsp;Make sure you have ran all updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, it did not. &amp;nbsp;After being on the phone for slightly over an hour with TT support, we finally identified the problem -- the scanned signature file was too large. &amp;nbsp;This is a glaring flaw in TT code -- identifying an attached file size that exceeds limits is a trivial coding issue. &amp;nbsp;There's nothing even telling the user to limit the file size. &amp;nbsp;QA seems to be broken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
