Clicking on jump to forms just closes the search window. Is this a Windows 10 problem?

Recently, I've been having problems when I do a search for a form and I click on the jump to form choice. The search window closes and TurboTax does not go to the form. This is happening with any form that I try to access.

I'd like to propose an alternative.

Log into TurboTax

On the main menu on the left side of your screen
Select Tax Tolls,
And then Tolls
A pop up will appear
Choose the box Topic Search
Type a form number or form name
It will bring you to that area.

I'm sorry, I should have said that I'm using TurboTax Deluxe on my desktop computer not online.

There is a software update just issued today that may fix this problem

Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen
Click on Check for Updates

Thanks DoninGA. The TurboTax update did fix the problem.
