Reject code SH-F1040-520-01 occurs when Schedule H, Household Employment Taxes has been included in the return and the combination of the EIN established for household employment and the first four letters of the taxpayer's last name do not match the information in the IRS database.

So are you saying my one of my w2's are wrong ? The employer ein number is wrong ?? I'm confused

I'm having the exact same problem with my schedule H. I keep getting the same rejection code, Did you ever figure out why?
