You can leave the SSN field blank and mail in your tax return with a W-7 Form, which is an Application for an ITIN number for your daughter.

Or, you can leave her off your 2023 return as your dependent and apply for an ITIN number separately for her to use next year.

I want to leave the SSN field blank and apply for an ITIN number for my daughter. Does turbotax support that options? Or I have to do it my self without turbotax?

In the TT program enter 999-88-9999 for her SS# then when you print the return to mail with the W-7 application form just white out the SS# and write in APPLIED FOR.
