      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you pay TurboTax fees upfront before you file --using a credit or debit card -- then you avoid that $40 refund processing fee-----and you avoid the potential aggravation of dealing with that third party bank that so many users have problems with.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Win win.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. &amp;nbsp;Refund processing fees are charged if you pay your TurboTax fees with your refund. &amp;nbsp; If you pay your fees with a credit card, you don't need Refund Processing. &amp;nbsp; If you select &lt;STRONG&gt;Pay with My Refund&lt;/STRONG&gt; to pay your TurboTax Fees, there’s an additional $40 processing fee charged by the third-party bank that handles the transaction.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your e-filed return is in pending or accepted status, it's too late to remove Pay with My Refund. But if your return is rejected, you have another opportunity to remove Pay with My Refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your e-file return is &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; pending or accepted, here's how to change your payment method and remove refund processing fees before you e-file:&lt;/P&gt;
