turbo tax 2023 Premier will not install

I am not able to install your turbo tax program. I first bought turbo tax premier from Amazon and got message that application can not be installed due to side by side configuration is incorrect. I went to Amazon and they said intuit problem. They did credit me for the charge. So I went to Costco figuring that must be Amazon problem. I paid for Premium program and tried to install. I got the same error message about the side by side configuration is incorrect. Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong?

Try reinstalling TurboTax using the step-by-step guidance in the TurboTax Help article Reinstall TurboTax for Windows 8.1/10/11. Hopefully this will help resolve the issue.

What computer do you have? Do you meet the system requirements ? Did you buy the CD? Try using the download method instead.

Actually you should use the download method instead of the CD. It has more advantages over CD. Then you can also download it another computer. Once you install the CD you can't install it again like if you need to reinstall the program or install on a different computer.

There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.

I was having the issue of my Turbotax 2023 Business not loading the activation screen with Windows 11. (spinning dots)

I disabled my Public and Private Firewall - Didn't help

Right clicked on the short cut and tried to open with admin - Didn't work.

Right clicked on the short cut --> properties --> Advanced --> Checked the box "Run as administrator". Allowed Turbotax to make changes. Got the License screen and was able to activate my license.
