Cannot print state return and cannot efile anything

I waited until today, Jan 29th 2024, to see if the problem would go away but it hasn't. I can print federal return for review but it says I cannot print the Oregon return because "some of the forms haven't been finalized yet" but when I click the button to be notified there are no forms listed. Feels more like a bug in TurboTax that hasn't fully integrated states.

Some Oregon state forms in your state tax return may not yet be finalized for tax year 2023.

Go to this TurboTax website for federal and state forms availability to see if one or more of the forms listed that have not been finalized are in your state tax return - https://form-status.app.intuit.com/tax-forms-availability/formsavailability?albRedirect=true&product=Turbotax_online&bu=cg

Thank you. There are 6 forms unavailable at this time and none of them are applicable to me. Also, I can see my oregon state forms when I look in Forms view. When I do the Review step of state return it doesn't report anything is missing. Still feels like a bug in turbotax 2023.

@TD8 Contact TurboTax support to see if they can give you some assistance with this problem when trying to e-file the Oregon state tax return.

Just got off the phone with them. Now they are saying even though the Form 40 and OR-A forms are listed as available and ready to e-file on turbotax site that the IRS isn't ready so I have to keep trying every day until it works. So no one in Oregon is able to e-file taxes yet! I guess I will just keep trying.... if anyone is able to file Oregon taxes please let me know because I don't really feel any satisfaction from turbotax's answer.

@TD8 From the State of Oregon website - https://www.oregon.gov/newsroom/pages/newsdetail.aspx?newsid=215141

Salem, OR—The Oregon Department of Revenue will begin processing e-filed 2023 state income tax returns on January 29, 2024, the same day the IRS will begin processing federal returns. Paper filed returns will be processed starting in mid-February.

So even though the state will start processing on 01/29 it may tax a day or two before all the state returns being e-filed will be accepted.
