What should I do if my W2 does not have a box A and B?

I looked everywhere on the form and it's not there, the EIN number and box B. I see a control number and typed it already but turbo tax is telling me that it's still missing the EIN number...

in the top row EIN is 3rd box from the right.

Okay, I found the EIN number. They didn't call it box A or B. It's under box 13 under my social the EIN number. Thanks.

Huh? Are you sure you have a W2? The EIN is on the top line in box b (small b). Box 14 is under box 13. Doesn't it look like this one?
