I'm trying to download Pennsylvania state for my 2022 TT program

I accidently deleted my PA state from 2022 TT. Now it will not download with error 190. I think that the download thinks that PA is already downloaded.

See if the fixes outlined in the TurboTax Help article State install/e-file update loop: State not installed after installation or TurboTax needs to update prior to e-file? will help you fix the issue.

I have mutable TT programs from various years on my computer as well as 2023TT which I have started. If I follow your instructions will it remove the state program from all of these various years or is there some way to make a selection during the process?
