      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could not find any helpful information either out there on the internet or chatting with assistants.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- chatting with 4 assistants,&lt;BR /&gt;- using 3 different browsers (Google Chrome, Edge, and Safari),&lt;BR /&gt;- I cleaned caches and cookies,&lt;BR /&gt;- I updated the browsers,&lt;BR /&gt;- I navigated incognito&lt;BR /&gt;- I removed my firewall,&lt;BR /&gt;- I used different devices,&lt;BR /&gt;- I log off and log back,&lt;BR /&gt;- I restart my computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem myself. No errors are reported on Federal or State. I get the unhelpful snag error after confirming payment and address ($0 as it's included w/ my Quickbooks subscription). I tried all of the usual suspects and now I sit on eternal hold. I'm not holding my breath but I hope they find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone rep suggested that I "go to another location" and try again&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;. So I tethered from phone and tried again, no luck. I tried a VPN, no luck. Every time I've called their suggested solution is to clear the cache or try again. This is a garbage app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It only took 4 days, 4 calls totaling 3+ hours, and many hours of troubleshooting&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;. They escalated it and it was resolved with a click a few hours later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I’ve been on the phone 5 times over 3 hours. Nobody can resolve. I’ve done everything mentioned in this thread short of uninstalling it and reinstalling. &amp;nbsp;Can anyone figure this out? &amp;nbsp;They even had me purchase a efile state separately over the phone and now nobody can figure out how to allow me to use this with the desktop version.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I was getting this same error, customer service didn't help. I was told to "reset my cashews and cookies" and wait a few hours or until tomorrow due to demand, or create a new account and start over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It finally worked! At the bottom of the page, there is a "Manage Cookies" link. I clicked that and accepted and my payment went through. I did end up waiting a few hours since my last attempt, but maybe that did the trick?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
