I get this message "The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “TurboTax 2023” can’t be read or written. (Error code -36)" How do I fix it?

Contact TurboTax Support. If they can't fix it for you, most likely they'll send you a Download copy of TurboTax.

Actually you should use the download method instead of the CD. It has more advantages over CD. Then you can also download it another computer. Once you install the CD you can't install it again like if you need to reinstall the program or install on a different computer.

There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
