topic Oregon 1099G in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

For tax year 2022, my son had to file both an Oregon state and a California state return. He received an Oregon 1099-G for a tax refund related to Oregon's tax exemption for an Americorps Education Award associated with a job he had in Oregon. In "1099 G state refunds" section, Turbotax Deluxe asks for total state payments and withholding amounts, including estimated taxes for 2022. Are these payments just my son's Oregon payments, not his California payments?

Just Oregon's payments. I am presuming that he did not receive a 1099-G from California, in which the California part of the issue is moot.

My son did not receive a California refund in 2023, so he should not be getting a 1099-G. Thanks for your response.
