You can only enter the 2023 W-2 on a 2023 tax return. The TurboTax online editions are Only for tax year 2023.

If you did not enter the 2022 W-2 on the 2022 tax return that you filed then you have to amend the 2022 tax return to add the 2022 W-2.

You must not use your W-2 from 2022 in your 2023 return. Each W-2 (and most other forms) must be filed in their own year.
